Business Development

We begin each development by working closely with our clients to understand their business objectives. We conduct market analysis and provide informed recommendations on the best path forward.

Site Selection

Through extensive research of available sites, competitor locations, traffic patterns and neighborhood demographics, we find the best locations for our clients’ business plans and report why we think these sites will do well.

Entitlements

We investigate all necessary permits and clearances and get them properly secured. We work proactively to identify any zoning issues or other potential pitfalls to be resolved to ensure a smooth development timeline.

Construction Management

We manage all aspects of construction from groundbreaking to final punch lists. We work with the same architects, engineers and general contractors on nearly all of our projects, with GHK’s strong partnerships delivering results on schedule and on budget.

Funding and Financing

We negotiate sales and project budget plans with landowners and real estate managers. As needed, we help our clients arrange loans and financing through GHK’s solid relationships with banks and investor partners.
